“Visions” explores the connection between the seen and unseen, where light and water act as messengers of transformation. Their reflective surfaces and fluid forms remain in constant motion, shifting colour, perception, and space. More than elements, they behave as active conduits—unstable, ever-changing, and responsive. Portals, altars, and ethereal landscapes define the space, not as fixed objects, but as thresholds where perception shifts, allowing the invisible to take form and the digital to become physical.”

  1. Pilar Zeta is an Argentinian multimedia artist based in Mexico City, working at the intersection of philosophy, symbolism, mysticism, and postmodern architecture. The artist constructs meaning through form, using portals, thresholds, and archetypal symbols—especially the egg—as devices for transformation.

  2. Pilar Zeta’s artistic endeavors are deeply influenced by the mysteries of ancient Egypt and cosmology.

  3. The interplay of minimalist, surrealist landscapes, vibrant colour palettes, and deconstructed shapes defines Zeta’s unique style, coined as ‘mystical futurism.’ It honours ancient traditions of practical magic while showcasing her innovative skills and distinctive aesthetic.

  4. Zeta is better known for her large-scale immersive installations, including Hall of Visions at Faena Miami and Mirror Gate at Art D’Egypt – Forever is Now III near Giza pyramids, but her practice encompasses painting, sculpture, tapestry, and digital art.

  5. Pilar Zeta has worked with leading musical artists, including Coldplay, Lil Nas X, Katy Perry, and Camila Cabello. Her creative contributions span album artwork, music video direction, and stage design. Her role as Art Director for Coldpaly's Everyday Life earned her a Grammy nomination in 2021, and she was awarded a Bronze Clio Award for Best Directing Video for Don’t Go Yet by Camila Cabello.
