In this piece, the gateway beckons to journey into the great beyond.In the wisdom traditions, gateways are thresholds of initiation,symbols of leaving the known for the mystery of the eternal. As ManlyP. Hall wrote, “The gateway is the link between worlds, the visiblereminder of the invisible.” Here, the frame opens as an invitationto step beyond form into the wild unknown, where spirit and cosmosmeet.

A split doorway is the symbol of rupture and revelation, “the brokenseal upon the mysteries.” In its fracture, perception isdestabilised, reminding us that truth is rarely whole, but glimpsed infragments. To step toward such a portal is to confront dissonance: theobstacle that is also the invitation.

Lady Mystic is the archetype of embodiment and absence, a reminderthat the self is both vessel and void. Hanging in stillness, the cloakand hat become thresholds between material and immaterial, time andtimelessness. They speak of the human desire to inhabit somethinglarger than the body, to clothe the soul in symbols that extend beyondflesh into myth.

The Key Master stands at the threshold of worlds, a seeker unlockingthe hidden harmony between the physical and the metaphysical. Everythreshold reminds us that to cross is to awaken deeper knowledge ofself and cosmos.

The Liminal Veil is a threshold between worlds, a delicate boundarywhere the known dissolves into the unknown, and matter becomes spirit.In this work, Le Fawnhawk renders the veil as a monumental form, yetmade of chiffon silk, shifting with the breeze. Solid and impermanentat the same time, it reminds us that every passage through liferequires a pause to stand in the in-between and witness the mystery ofbecoming.

The Desert Oracles echo through the vast landscape of wisdom andprophecy, their power not singular, but multiplied in relation. Thework is a meditation on fate and endurance: to stand as oracles is tosee beyond the ephemeral, to embody constancy in the face ofimpermanence.

This sculpture is both portal and paradox: a stairway that ascendsendlessly, anchored in white marble, brass, and wood. Through thealchemy of two-way mirrors, the finite becomes infinite, where matterand spirit, craft and illusion converge in a continual journey towardthe unknown.Price upon request
